These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fesbury.com and any purchase you make from REK LLC ("Fesbury", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.
We aim to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. Colors may vary by screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.
Payment is taken at checkout via the methods listed on our Payment Methods page. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including — for EU/EEA customers — the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, and — for US customers — rights under applicable federal and state consumer-protection law.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Fesbury name — is owned by or licensed to REK LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not exclude any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
