Your GDPR Data Rights

If you are located in the European Union, the EEA, or the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights over the personal data REK LLC ("Fesbury") holds about you. This page summarizes those rights and how to use them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

  • Access: ask whether we process your data and receive a copy of it.
  • Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): ask us to delete your data where there's no overriding legal reason to keep it.
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Data portability: receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller where technically feasible.
  • Object: object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
  • Complain: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How to make a request

Email support@fesbury.com with the subject line "GDPR request" and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting.

Timeframe & cost

We respond to requests within one month. This may be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case we'll let you know. Requests are handled free of charge, though we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Marketing opt-out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us. This won't affect essential service messages about your orders.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country of residence or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
