Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice applies to residents of California and other US states with similar privacy laws. It explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and how to exercise them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

What "sell" and "share" mean

Under California law, "sell" means disclosing personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and "share" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" even when no money changes hands. REK LLC does not sell your personal information for money.

Your right to opt out

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To opt out:

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for that browser and device.

Your other rights

  • Right to know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you.
  • Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to limit: limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Right to non-discrimination: we won't deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service for exercising your rights.

How to submit a request

Email support@fesbury.com or call +1 (307) 555-0142. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization.

Response times

We confirm receipt of requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where necessary, as permitted by law.
