This page explains the payment options we accept on fesbury.com and how we keep your details secure.
Available options may vary slightly by country and are confirmed at checkout.
Where available, you can pay in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. COD availability depends on your delivery country and is shown at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply and, if so, is displayed before you confirm your order. Please have the exact amount ready for the driver.
Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately afterward. If a payment fails or is declined by your bank, your order won't be completed and you won't be charged.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. For customers in the EU/EEA, prices include VAT where applicable. For customers in the United States, any required sales tax is calculated and shown before you confirm your order. International customers may owe import duties or taxes on delivery - see our Shipping Policy.
All transactions are processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection through established, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Your card details are entered directly with the payment processor - REK LLC never sees or stores your full card number. Providers may run standard fraud and identity checks (such as 3-D Secure) to protect you and us against unauthorized use.
Occasionally a bank places a temporary authorization hold that clears on its own within a few business days. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
